A bad head gasket is the most common cause of antifreeze mixing in the oil. The antifreeze will dilute the oil and it will eventually cause your engine to seize up.
If you start and warm up your engine: 1) The oil gets very foamy and mucky, and does not circulate through the engine properly. 2) The water in the antifreeze can heat up until it turns to steam, which expands with great force, and breaks some part of the engine. It's best to have the oil changed. That will empty the engine of the oil and antifreeze mix.
YES
it is so that your car doesn't blow up
There are several ways to blow up a cars engine. If your car loses all its oil and you don't shut off the engine you could blow it. You could blow it by over revving the engine for long periods of time. If the engine doesn't have water in it it could run hot and quit.
I'm not a mechanic / technician but from what I have heard your engine oil will turn kind of milky looking if antifreeze is getting into the engine oil Also , the oil level will keep rising on the dipstick ( I did have a vehicle once that I had pink colored antifreeze in it , the oil would actually float on top of the antifreeze after the engine was shut down for a while , it wouldn't mix but the oil level on the dipstick kept going up and the engine coolant kept going down ( Sorry , I reviewed my answer and it's for coolant in the oil )
you can not mix hydraulic oil in engine oil because if you do a fire will occure and then you will blow up in a million pieces.
No worries, a few dollars from the wallet, perhaps, but not the thousands a new engine could cost. Do not drive the vehicle with that much antifreeze in the oil. Drain the oil, replace the oil and filter. Now drive around for a while (a day or two normal driving, assuming it's enough to get the engine up to normal operating temperatures). Replace the oil and filter again. This should be sufficient to cleanse the antifreeze from the system, but watch for white or antifreeze colored foam on the oil dipstick indicating the continued presence of water or antifreeze in the oil, in which case, replace the oil and filter again.
Lack of oil or water??
NO!!!!! if you do then the engine can start up in flames or even blow up!!!!!
well, eventually the most critical thing that can happen is the engine will seize up. when the head gaskets blow, the antifreeze and oil begin to mix together in the engine, mainly in the cylinders. when this happens, you are getting improper mixtures of everything within the engine. this will cause you to leak oil, antifreeze, get worse gas mileage, and the engine will over heat very very easily. have the head gaskets replaced as soon as possible to save yourself from a world of trouble.
no oil in engine or water in radiator will cause engine to seriously o/heat! and eventually seize! major engine damage!!
