no it will not ,however a carb from a 1979-1985 Dodge d50 pick up
is a goo alternative.
I took the electronic feedback carb off with all the vacum hoses
use th vacum hose routing diagram from the donor vheicle
or a better choice would be a weber 32/36dgv
these are being sold on eBay for about 300.00us and up for a complete conversion kit
