No. Any worms you might see in flour or pancake mix are the larva of storage pests. Those will not parasitize your body.

I do not believe they eat worms, but they do eat a lot of insects. I also heard they really eat whatever you give them. I have never heard of them eating worms.

Eating raw eggs won't give you cancer.. But raw eggs can give you Salmonella, which can cause acute gastrointestinal symptoms, such as abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and chills.
Is pancake syrup bad for your dog?
No. Pancake syrup is basically sugar, could give stomach upset if too much is ingested. However, many Vets recommend giving a drop on the tongue of a little dog who is hypoglycemic to get sugar levels up, and adding a teaspoon of dark kayro syrup to the dog's water to help relieve constipation.
