For you to eat canned green beans or for them? If it's for you, cattle couldn't care less if you get sick or not. As for them though, it's likely that they won't, but they may get sick if the can is bowed out or past the expiry date, because there's a chance that they may get botulism from it.

Cows don't eat beans!!
Yes, the seeds inside of green beans are just like the seeds inside any other plant. If you take care of the plants correctly, and if they are planted in good soil, with appropriate amounts of sunlight and water, a green bean plant should sprout from the seeds. But if you're talking about canned or cooked beans no, if you use garden grown beans yes. But be sure to let them reach maturity, leaving them on the plant until they start to turn brown. Or pick when full grown, and dry them well. Take from robust plants if possible.

You would be eating waaaay to much for that to happen.
You can't always see or smell botulism. Make sure the seal on the jar is tight. The tighter the seal, the louder the pop when you remove the lid. Also, you will feel a slight "vacuum" release when you remove the lid. If the seal isn't tight, it's better to be safe and throw the beans out.
It is a type of French salad. It includes tomatoes, anchovies, black olives, green beans, canned tuna, and hard boiled eggs. Interestingly, some restaurants will used grilled fresh tuna to make it "classier", but this isn't the real recipe.
Most grocery stores sell kidney beans either canned or dried. Dried beans often have the closest flavor to fresh. Canned beans are more convenient, but may contain additives or extra salt added to them to help preserve their color and flavor. For dried beans, make sure there’s no evidence of moisture or insect damage and that beans are whole and not cracked. If buying in bulk, make sure that the bins are covered and the store has a good product turnover rate to ensure maximum freshness.
it entirely depends on how much these 12 people eat!
After you Brown your Beef then transfer it into either a large stock pot or a slow cooker then cook over Low heat for about 8 to 10hrs with your Potatoes and Carrots add any other tender vegetables( Cabbage, Corn,Green Beans NOT Canned Green Beans about 1-2hrs before serving. If you are going to use canned Green Beans i do suggest you rinse them first before adding them to the pot,Doing so will get some of the bitterness out that can take over your soup taste. Hope this Helps
I have two male sugar gliders. They both eat green beans. (they would rather have sweets of course! I always make them eat their veggies before they get fruits!)
I would make 75 pounds of fresh green beans for them.
