They are pretty much con artists with the Legal "Bud" usually using Latin names such as Salvia O so it sounds like Salvia Divanorum but is in fact common sage, it could contain harmful untested chemicals it's near impossible to know what you're actually buying.

OK if you get actual legal bud that works its not going to be oregano and parsley it will be a combination of cannibinoid containing plants just like marijuana that do not contain THC a "cannibinoid" but other cannibinoids possibly stronger than THC gold spice for instance so no they do not they are legal and they give you a great sense of self being.
