if you are a boy you always have to make the first move like send her a note or just be her friend and work your way up but don't take to long like a month after 2 weeks ask her to a movie or a drink and after the 2 date ask her to be your girlfriend. if you a girl send a note don't say your name and get him to tell all the girls he is close to and tell them who he would date out of you and another 2 girls and you will no what to do after it worked for me and my friends.
