Driving on a suspended license when your license was suspended due to a DUI.
No
they take away your license for an amount of time due to the crime you have commited
Aw yea, hit up your DMV, ill be doing it tomorrow :)
Yes, so long as your not having a licence isn't due to it being suspended/revoked.
Having your license in suspended status will affect the insurance, some will not even insure until the license is reinstated - but the reason it was suspended will not affect your insurance due to the fact that it was not a movingviolations.
I don't know any states that don't punish driving while suspended. When your license is suspended, that means your driving privileges have been taken away either temporarily or permanently due to something you did in the past (DUI would be a good example of this). I'd be surprised if there was a state that didn't punish driving while suspended.
Whether it's a drivers license or a professional license, the license is revoked or suspended until the past due amount including interest is paid, or the obligor and the State agree to a payment plan.
You will obviously be charged for the suspended license which you do acknowledge. It is very likely that you will be charged with "obstructing an officer" for your dishonesty even though you did tell the truth eventually. In terms of punishments, you are likely going to face a fine and an extended suspension on your driver's license.
It doesn't matter what state your were in while you were ticketed, it flows to the state where your license is from. I don't know if it will cause suspension of your license or not.
No, there is no limitation. You received a citation and notice of violation. The fine is due whenever the fining authority desires to collect.
Guess it could due to picking up good or bad habbits. But to be honest I don't know
