Driving on a suspended license when your license was suspended due to a DUI.
No
I think the only requirement is to be at least 16 years of age. That used to be the best means of transportation when motorist lost their privileges due to a DUI.
I don't know any states that don't punish driving while suspended. When your license is suspended, that means your driving privileges have been taken away either temporarily or permanently due to something you did in the past (DUI would be a good example of this). I'd be surprised if there was a state that didn't punish driving while suspended.
You're basically asking if a vehicle that isn't being used needs tags. It depends upon the locality to be honest .. there is no universally appicable answer.
If you knowingly let someone with no license drive your car, not only are you liable if he has a wreck. You could loose your license if he just gets pulled over for a bad tail light!
they take away your license for an amount of time due to the crime you have commited
A revoked license means it has been canceled or terminated, usually due to serious offenses. A suspended license is temporary and usually for a specific period or until certain conditions are met.
Yes, if your son doesn't have a license, he has no business driving. Take off the insurance unless someone else drives it. If your son was the only one driving it, it would make no sense to insure a car just in the dirveway.
No, a license cannot be suspended solely due to a lawsuit in Kentucky. License suspension typically occurs as a result of certain violations or offenses, such as driving under the influence or failure to maintain auto insurance.
A felony DUI (driving under the influence) is a more serious offense compared to a misdemeanor DUI. It typically involves aggravated circumstances such as multiple DUI convictions, causing injury or death while driving under the influence, or driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI conviction. Felony DUI charges result in harsher penalties including longer prison sentences and larger fines.
Yes, so long as your not having a licence isn't due to it being suspended/revoked.
