Universal Joints connect the Driveshaft between the Transmission and the Rear Axle Differencial that transfers power from the Engine to the Transmission to the Rear Axle to move the car.
The speedometer signal coomes from the ABS computer via the rear axle speed sensor. That is the sensor on the top of the rear axle.
check the fuse
85-140 will work.

I don't think that will work unless you change over to rear disc brakes, the hub should not match.
check the Vehicle Speed Sensor on the transmission or possibly the rear axle.
The speedometer signal comes from the rear axle abs sensor. The PCM has nothing to do with it. You need to check the wiring from the rear axle to the abs computer.
A 1 3/16" or a 30mm should work.
PB blaster and a sludge hammer. If that doesnt work, heat it up and sledge hammer.
the fuel cell is up above the rear axle, you would have to drop the rear axle to do any work on the fuel cell.. The book answer is to remove the exhaust from the Cat Converter back, then remove Panhard bar, sway bar, and shocks while supporting rear axle with jack. Lower rear end, remove fuel tank, remove replace pump. The simpler method is to cut a trap door in the rear hatch area. Google camaro fuel pump trap door for detailed instructions.
