If both sides were replaced at the same time, and the wheel was turned during the replacement then it is possible. However, any respectable garage would notice the difference immediately and perform a front-end alignment to re-align everything. Take your vehicle back where you got the work done, and they should do an alignment at no charge. Anytime a steering component is replaced, a front-end alignment is due. Perhaps they just forgot to do it, or thought you wouldn't notice.
