The sensor is in the near side wing mirror If you look at the bottom of the mirror you can see it
Scenics suffered from leaking sunroof which damaged the reicever for the C/L and immob in the interior mirror. Chech to make sure its not full of water. Apart from that you are stuck with a very poor quality immobilizer from Renault. If its any conselation,there are loads of Renault drivers in same position. Hope this helps.
It is located at the backside of the motor block. You will need to a mirror to see it less to remove the engine.
i think it's on the passenger side mirror I know it is a small plip under the drivers side door mirror
Hi It is in the passenger side wing mirror. If you look on the underside there is a small bobble. That is it. You nedd to remove the glass to remove the sensor.
Remove the inside door panel of your Chevy Cavalier. Remove the drivers side mirror wiring harness, if the mirror is electric. Remove the drivers side mirror retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new drivers side mirror.
It is in the right hand (UK Drivers side) wing mirror. You should see a small dome sticking out beneath the mirror. The glass is remove by pulling outwards. The sensor is fixed with a small torx screw.
In the US, yes, a drivers mirror is required.

remove drivers inside door panel and there are 2 or 3 bolts that hold mirror on from the inside after you diconnect the wire harness if it is a power mirror
