Yes, the body is exactly the same and all mounting holes should be in place. For all the sheet metal to match up though, you will need the grill, hood, and front fenders.

size. bronco II is built on a shortened ford ranger platform. bronco is built on an f150 chassis, with the exception of pre 1977 broncos being built on f-100 chassis.
The bolt pattern on a Ford Bronco or 1/2 truck (F150) is 5 on 5.5 (5/5.5).
so take a ford f150... the only difference between it and a "king ranch edition" f150 is its nicer and more expensive. its just a higher end model of the bronco II.
