no, the 4.3 liter is a V6
no it does not it's fuel injected. It is most likely a TBI(4.3Liter )not Multiport (4.3 Liter Vortec)

There are two of them located in the block under the intake manifold.
you have to remove the intake and it is located inside the engine block,you can see it once you remove the intake........
