If the return circuit is through the tram-line on the ground, and you choose to ignore the fact that it would play the role of a wire, then yes. But you're kidding yourself if you do.
It works with a connected wire and all the components inside a circuit.
A wire may be cut from the brakes. the turn signal wire is still connected
Your speedometer might not be connected if it does not work. It might also have blown a fuse if it is an electronic speedometer or it could have a wire that is loose.
The stereo is wired wrong. In this case it sounds like the ground wire of the stereo is hooked to the dimmer circuit. The ground wire of the stereo should be connected to the vehicle chassis.
it needs to be connected to a battery and a wire and a light bulb or load or whatever your trying to get to work. i dont know if it will be helpful. im a kid you know, im 9!
make sure amp remote wire is connected to p.cont wire and not power ant wire on the radio
The radio was wired wrong. Sounds like the hot wire for the radio was connected to the hot wire for the headlight switch.
By earth wire I am assuming you mean the bare wire and that a black and white wire are connected to the light. If when you connect the earth wire and breaker trips then there is a short between black and earth. It could be a bad ground connection, an internal short in the light fixture where black wire "hot" is connected to metal on the fixture through a nick in wire.
I spliced mine in to the power wire on my raido. now if you had in installed go back and have them fix it.
Not sure what you mean by "wire communication". Are we talking like the phone lines, or the physical wires your computer is connected to, or did you mean wireless?
If the cable you are trying to connect the dryer up to only has a white, black and ground wire, then the dryer is not going to work. The cable needs to be a three wire, the ground wire is never counted when discussing house wiring. Open up the electrical access panel on the back of the dryer. You will see a terminal block. A red and black and white connect to this terminal strip. The "hot" wires are connected to the outside terminals. The neutral (white) wire will be in the center. Connect the ground wire to the frame of the dryer. It is very important that this ground wire be connected as this is the wire that carries the fault current to trip the breaker should a fault arise.
A light bulb is not lit when the swtich is not connected to the wire becasue there is no flow of electricity, specifically, flow of electrons. By disconnecting the wire, the bulb is no longer connected to the electricity source.
