Depends on how much it was worn on the edges. If you are in doubt, put these on the back and get new ones for front. - After struts are replaced don't forget to have an alignment. Very important for your tire wear.
its usually the belt inside the tire that gets bent, from hitting a curb or rocks if the rim of the tire itself is bent you cannot reseat the tire on the rim you will have a slow leak its like trying to straighted out a coat hanger
Older cars had them (50's and back). The tubeless tire came around somewhere in the 60's. Very few have them today. You can put a tube in any tire, though. People do that if the tire or rim won't hold air. This means there is damage and tire and/or rim should be replaced. Big trucks even had tubeless tires now although more of them still use tubes today.
LOL - don't you think it may be an idea to say WHICH tire centre - or even which city you are in.
Depending on mileage worn shock absorbers or struts?
All you need to do is check the tire pressure on all 5 tires, if it is correct then the light will turn off. Probably your problem is the spare tire. You can remove the spare tire by taking off the little plastic cap under the compartment in the trunk, towards the right side, very close to the back of the car. There is a tool to turn the nut that you will find under the round plastic cap (approx 3") and the spare tire will lower to the ground. I've had the TMPS turn on my car twice and it was always the spare tire. IMPORTANT: Make sure you are not missing the aluminum tire valve caps. Plastic replacements (or none) will cause the warning light to come on.
its not your struts you have to check your tire alinement's
The struts are needing to be replaced if they are squeking. It is not like you can just lube them. Go to a tire store to get a better opinion if you don't like my answer. Thanks for using answers.com and wikianswers.com.
Tire out of balance or a bent wheel. Also check the motor mounts; this model had problems with them.
The average cost of struts for a 1998 Honda Accord 4 cylinder is anywhere from $250 to $350 for four. If the struts are not replaced then the car will not be able to absorb bumps in the road. This will make for a bouncy and rough ride and ultimately this can also lead to irregular tire wear.
One reason a cars front end may shake is bad struts. However, it can also be other things such as a bad tire or even if an alignment is needed.
From a out of balance Tire-Water in the Tire-Bent wheel-loosing a wheel weight.A Seperated tire-WAY 2 MUCH air PRESSURE(extreem) OR the Struts were ElCheepO'S.or the Tire is just OUT of Round.
Improper rotation or worn shocks or struts
bad brake rotors or alignment shocks struts
Im not sure if you have an adjustable front end if you replaced the front struts or not, or if you went with a bigger tire size. Either or I would recommend that you go with the manufactorers specs or go to your local tire shop and ask them what tire size is suitable with your car.
Shocks or struts worn out, worn suspension parts, or front end out of alignment. Most likely worn shocks or struts.
Worn struts/shocks, tire out of balance, or bent wheel.
Tire cupping can be caused by worn out shocks or struts, weak springs, bad wheel bearings, loose parts, defective tire, or a tire out of balance.
