Some problems which could prevent your car from starting is, maybe you didn't put your keys in all the way. Also, you might need an oil change, or some more gas in your tank.
Type your answer here... Yes water in the gas tank would prevent a car from starting depending on the quantity of water/gas..............OK now for the maybe bad news or ridiculously bad news if your car has been sitting sometimes water can form in the oil that is why it is milky unfortunatley its more than likely a blown head gasket or worse from you description of the problem its hard to tell. I would have a mechanic look at it and hope that its been in a barn for 9 months and that's the problem but more than likely youll need to pull the heads and change the gasket and perhaps rebuild the head. Good Luck
yes with anti-thef on your car
No. If you car is having difficulty requiring reset, disconnect the battery overnight or for several hours. This will reset the computer and clear any codes that may cause the computer to prevent the ignition from operating. There are a couple of ignition codes that will prevent the car from starting.
Remove the tank from the car.
get a potato and shove it in there exhaust pipe
Not to my knowledge.
The only way to know for sure if a person has water in the gas tank is to drain the tank. Usually a car will sputter and die if there is water in the tank.
