As long as they have the same number of lug nuts they will fit.
This all depends on what size the wheels are... e.g 18inc 16inc 20inch if the two trucks wheel size matches up it should be ok.
I doubt they will fit but if you have a charger rim try it on your ford and see.

Yes, all 97-03 F150's have a 5x135 lug pattern.
The 02 F150 did not come stock with projection headlamps. The lamps are aftermarket if they are the projector style. If they are of decent quality, there should be a couple of "gear" like looking wheels on the back of the assembly. by turning these two wheels you will lower/raise the beam and also move it horizontally left and right. If not, you are sol.
Ford f150
Unless the 2004 is a heritage edition F150, which had the same body style as the 2002 ford would have, they will not fit. The 2004 F150s, other than the heritage edition, all used 6 lug wheels, while the 2002 used 5 lug wheels.
