if you have an empty stomach your body goes into 'starvation mode' and you wont have the energy to burn fat. even if you do your body wont burn as much fat as it is trying to conserve energy. In order to lose weight you have to eat.
That is not recommended. You need to have food for energy. You risk exhausting yourself easily if you work out on a nempty stomach. Don't think you are different! This applies to everyone!
Not really.
Calories burned is very closely related to your heart rate, you'll basically burn whatever amount of calories that your heart rate allows you to.
You will be more likely to get cramps and will have less energy which will cause your workout to be less successful. You could also get a gas bubble.
Exercise.

Exercise.
sit ups and push ups work your stomach muscles which helps burn more calories, every time you work out add a few extra weights to burn calories faster.
Wrapping yourself in saran wrap does not make exercise more effective. Nor does aluminum foil waxed paper or sandwich bags. The number of calories burned depends on the exercise you did- running walking, situps, swimming, etc.

It all depends on the exercise that you do.
athletics would be the strong sport to doand you will burn more calories
Isometric exercise will not burn very many calories. While it does burn some, it is a strength training exercise, whereas something like sit ups or running burns calories.
Any exercise would work, I personally enjoy running. But, there is a way to burn 500 calories without working out at all.
that depends on what type of exercise you are performing. Differant exercises require differant times & burn differant calories
