if you starve yourself for a week you lose from 4-5 pounds depending on your metabalism but i wouldn't recomend starving yourself after time it is no longer efective as your body stores fat when it realises you're not eating i would try the special k diet it is very effective and more safe than starving yourself
Maybe, depending on the amount of calories you consume on the fourth day, but that's a very unhealthy way to diet. You would be much better off eating regular means and limiting the amount of calories consumed in each. A regimen of a healthy diet and exercise over a prolonged period of time is the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off. Good luck.
--- YES you can! you wont loose weight on the 4th day but you can get your weight staying the same if you eat on the 4th day and throw it up you can keep the same weight that you had on the 3rd day.. then just keep the pattern going i was 140 now im 136 but ive only been doing this for 4 days so hopefully it works. goodluck!- Brit
You can loose weight faster by eating little amounts of food in moderation instead of starving your self. Starving yourself will cause the body to go into starvation mode and very slowly eat away at muscle not allowing you to loose weight fast just muscle. In about four days of starving yourself i would say up to about 5-6 pounds, If you eat once in the morning and once in the afternoon id say up to 8 pounds, the more smaller meals you eat through out the day the better chance you have at loosing weight

Starving yourself is a rediculous and extremely unhealthy way of losing weight. Your body needs vitamins and minerals in order to lose weight in a healthy way. No matter how much you eat, (to a certain extent) if you eat healthy and you excercise consistantly, you will lose weight.
You maybe would lose a little weight but as soon as you eat again your metabolism would kick in and you would start to gain the weight back and some more after that too . You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight . Exercise & lower your portions and then you will start seeing results. actually if you starve yourself your body automatically goes into a reserve emergency state actually storing more fat and calories so which means that you still gain weight. But yes you can still loose the weight though but it's faster when you exercise and drink plenty of water
