All you do is purchase a memory card reader and hook it to your PC. Then you take the memory card out of your cell phone and put it in to the memory card reader and hook it to your PC usb slot. It will show all the files from your phone on the memory card. You go to the photo or video etc and drag it in to the memory card, uninstall the memory card reader from your PC then put the card in your phone. There all done =]

How do you get music on your phone with a 4GB micro SD card I'm not good with computers so explain easily.?
You will need to buy a card reader - available for about $20 at any Radio Shack. Insert your SD card into the proper place on the card reader. The guys at Radio Shack can help you figure out which slot is the right one. You need to use the USB cord that comes with the card reader, and attach it to the USB outlet on your computer. Assuming you already downloaded the music to your computer, you must then download the song to the card reader. Once the music is downloaded onto the card, you take it out of the reader, and insert it into your phone. Then, using the menu on your phone, go to My Files (or similar) and then go to Memory Card. It will show the songs on the card. Select the song(s) you wish to download to the phone, and select download. The phone will tell you when the song is finished downloading. This is how my phone works. Since I don't know what type of phone you're using, it's hard to be sure this will work on your phone.

Check to make sure the sounds are on the memory card rather than the phone itself.
Does bluetooth show up on phone bill?
No, bluetooth has nothing to do with the mobile network. You can see this if your phone will let you use it without a SIM card (some phones don't though)... bluetooth will still work just fine. Your network provider has no way of knowing what you're doing with bluetooth. The only people who can possibly know are people within bluetooth range (around 20 metres, depending on the phone and environmental factors).
