I am not sure that this is a question could be called a religious question. It seems more like a social question. The Bible does make reference in a couple of places using the term "air" in reference to describing an aspect of one's personality. In Jeremiah 48:26 and Daniel 8:4,8, the Bible speaks prophetically of a symbolic "hairy he-goat" which "stands for the king of Greece," who would "put on airs to an extreme." This turned out to be Alexander The Great, who became very proud and boastful of his conquests and his position, thus he "put on airs." The Bible at Ephesians 2:2, speaks of the "ruler of the authority of the air." This "air" is a reference to the general attitude of the world, which surrounds us like air, and is influenced by the "ruler of the authority of the air," Satan. People in general society use expressions like "he has a certain air about him," which means that person has a particular personality trait that stands out, either for the good or the bad. This is not a Biblical or a religious expression. So, with regard to ones personality, when speaking of someone having a certain air, this is not a religious expression, nor is it exclusive to Jehovah's Witnesses. It is a common phrase or idea origionated and found in society in general.

Why Is Personality Important in The Workplace?

It's not. What's important in the workplace is loyalty, hardwork and minding your own business. If you mind your own business and do your work you don't 'care' about someone else's personality, although certain people can be 'annoying' when they don't have the same work ethic.
