Yes, it will physically fit pretty easily. However if you are asking if it is a straight swap, no. You will need to convert from OBD-0 to OBD-I and a few other things to make it work and that is more tricky. Yes, it will fit, as they are both D-series motors. However the 95 Civic has a hydraulic clutch, and the 90 crx is just a cable clutch. Also, the 90 CRX motor is OBD0 and the 95 Civic is OBD1.
forget civic parts, most 90-01 integra parts fit on this and are factory upgrades to the model.
