* In some cases yes, the man can move on and forget the woman he 'thought' he was in love with. However, there are some men that have a meaningful relationship with a past love and will always remember her, but of course, not tell their wife. None of us knows if someone we once dated has thought of us during the course of their marriage and it doesn't really matter as we all need to move on in our lives.
