Kickboxing definitely - that's a really good way of keeping in shape/losing weight/building healthy active muscle.

Bodybuilding - no way -- its a good way of building static muscle, but unless you're lifting weights as part of a balanced exercise regime (e.g. including cardio/ core workouts etc), Weightlifting/bodybuilding is just a way of building useless muscle that's only purpose is to make you look good.

Stick to the kickboxing - or something that gives both you're muscles and heart a good workout. As long as your diets good, you'll be way healthier than normal. Just stay away from the bodybuilding.
