Drinking petroleum would unquestionably be more dangerous than drinking alcohol, ounce for ounce. Mixing the two (drinking and driving) is not a good idea, either. Apart from that, your question is pointless.
Look and see if it is driving anything else. As far as driving it without a belt, I would not advice you even attempt this. The steering would be extremely difficult and it would be dangerous. Buy a new belt and install it.

Crushing injuries of the chest and face.
Power steering has made a significant impact on daily driving by assisting in swiveling wheels around their steering axes. For a short time, No. It will just make steering a little more difficult. It will probably never actually hurt the car but could eventually cause damage to the power steering pump on some cars.
i would really like to know myself
No. With the power steering broken, the control of the vehicle will be greatly reduced. That may damage steering collumn . Eventually . That would be a problem. If your fluid leaked out ,the pump might be destroyed.
Probably not, but is is better to follow any mixing instructions on the anti-freeze container.
