most transmissions dont have plugs
need to know where transmission plug is for a 2002 ford explorer?
Where is the transmission plug on a 1998 cadillac
THERE IS NO TRANSMISSION DRAIN PLUG OR FILL PLUG. YOU WOULD FILL IT THROUGH THE TRANSMISSION DIPSTICK TUBE.
Just above the right side of the transmission. The drain plug is under the transmission.
It should be whats called a dealer check transmission. It has an eleven millemeter plug on the transmission itself. You would have to get under the car to check it.
The manual transmission does not have a dipstick , the fluid level is checked at the fill plug on the transmission
under the transmission probably
it is on the transmission pan...you have two....its the highest one....the other is a drain plug...
On the side of the transmission, near the top, under the vehicle you will find a plug. Remove the plug and if you can touch the fluid with your finger it is full.
Looking from under the car, there is a check plug on the transmission. Have to remove the plug, the oil should just drip out, if not, add to the level of the plug only.
there is a drain plug just under the transmission (for automatic transmission) on the driver side
Under the car on the upper side of the transmission you will find a plug. Remove the plug and stick you finger in the hole. If you feel fluid, then it is full.
