Xbox live won't let me go on my membership hasn't expired yet and i don't think I got banned it says this gamer profile cannot go on xbox live please help me?

You will need to contact the Microsoft Xbox Support team to determine the status of your gamer profile. If the profile has not been banned and is in good standing then you might need to troubleshoot you internet connectivity on your Xbox.
