Yes, even Toyota screwed up on this one. There should be 3 8mm headed bolts holding the cap on. Look at the new one for the placement of them. One on top and two on the bottom I think. The coil is in the distributer, much like a Chevy HEI. Don't have to do anything but change the cap and wires. should be marked 1, 2, 3, 4, but aftermarket may not be, so make sure you know where they go. Length should pretty much determine that.

No. The coil is the piece at the other end of the wire that comes out of the center of the distributor cap.

its under the distributor cap. its black and is held to the distributor with 4 Phillips screws. there are 2 studs for the control wires.
The AM2 fuse protects the circuit between the battery and the ignition switch. After the ignition switch, it first powers the distributor, then the igniter module.
You need to replace the egnition key cylinder.
I do not have an answer but I also have a 1994 Toyota Camry that will not start and has no spark, I swapped out the ignition module to no avail, the distributor and rotor appear fine. Any help
follow the wire from the top of the distribtor cap back to it's sourcr. That's the coil. remove , replace
