Hard to say that he is cheating on you now, but odds are he is planning on it. When guys tell lies like that, it's usually to try to open the door to the exes bedroom. If she thinks that he is not seeing anyone, then in a moment of loneliness or whatever, she may call on him. At least, that is what he is likely thinking and hoping for. Are you sure they are ex's and not still having a relationship ? Think about it, he would not do that if you were the only girl in his life right now. Give him an ultimatum and if he cannot make a decision then make it for him, and you find somebody you can trust.
