Maybe, but probably not. Real girls are not nearly as good at faking as the ones on TV are. Faking is actually hard work.
Don't worry about it; just get a new girlfriend. Whether she's faking or not, getting a new girlfriend means you don't have to wonder about her anymore -- which is good for you.
It's also good for her. If she's not faking, she will be glad that you 'get it', and if she is faking, getting a new girlfriend is the best way to teach her how stupid 'faking' is -- which would help her learn not to make the same mistake again.
So, forget her, and get a new girlfriend. A new girlfriend for you is a good thing for everyone involved.
