The best way is to run or ride a bike. Cardio activities, such as the two mentioned, are the best way to lose weight overall. One week cannot do the job, however. You must be dedicated and run or ride a bike about 2-3 times a week for a few months at the least. The more exercise, the better the conditioned body.
