YOU ARE A HEALTHY WEIGHT! In fact, you are bordering on underweight. I would assume that if weight floods your thoughts, you are probably already embarking on an eating disorder. Things to combat this:

1) Exercise. Tone your body and you might be happier with the weight you are at. As a warning: fat turns into muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. Therefore, you might lose inches, but maybe not weight.

2) Join a body-image support group. You will be amazed at how many beautiful, skinny girls feel the same way about their body that you do.
