No, often bed rest is required for the rest of the pregnancy. If not this can cause subsequent problems all the way up too premature delivery. Sometimes having your OB/GYN or doctor stitch your cervix can help the situation if it continues to get worse.
Yes this is normal, it means your body is preparing for the birth and you only have 9 cm to go before your baby makes her or his grand appearance! Congratulation!
It's normal. I'm 34 weeks along and mine is too. It's just from the pressure of the baby on your cervix. No worry's though , .. Doesn't mean the baby's coming or anything.
Oh dear, your ob/gyn should have told you this. Yes it is normal, it is just the scabbing dropping awayu from where you had the suture inserted.
Your cervix can change daily when pregnant or not. It can even change height and position if you are constipated or just relieved yourself. If concerned while pregnant speak with your doc, other than that you can learn your cervical pattern but charting and checking daily at the same time and same position. A cervical check can not tell if your pregnant by touch alone.AnswerHi, I am not an expert, but i have been pregnant four times and given birth to five healthy baby boys!! So I would say I have some experience. A soft high cervix usually means that you are going to, are, or just have ovulated. After ovulation your cervix goes back to harder and lower.(easily felt) In early pregnancy, your cervix should be low and harder just as it was before ovulation.AnswerWrong. I am pregnant NOW, and my cervix is low and SOFT.) Answeryou can be further in pregnancy with my 2 my cervix was high hard and closed also felt like it was not attached to the wallAnswerI am 5 weeks, 3 days pg and my cervix is high, soft and closed, but it can be different for everyone. When I was 4 weeks and first found out, I noticed it was low (but not as low as during AF), medium and closed.
I was 6 weeks and 5 days yesterday with and hcg at 9000. Just spoke with my doctor and he said it is normal.
If you are not pregnant, and not on your period, then it probably means you are ovulating. The cervix opens up when you are ovulating, and it becomes 'slimier' to help aid the travel of the sperm. If you are pregnant, then it just means your are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, and not ovulating, then it means you are about to have your period.
Maybe or your body is just lame.
if youre bleeding youre not pregnant
Spotting after a pap normally lasts for less than a day. Sometimes the changes to the cervix from pregnancy can make it last a little longer, but if it does, call your health care provider.
Nope! You could just be bloated, constipated or are just "wishing" or "waiting" for it, if you will. At five weeks there is just an embryo, only about 2 millimeters long! Here is what your baby looks like at five weeks... * http://3dpregnancy.parentsconnect.com/calendar/5-weeks-pregnant.html
Yes that is - i am 16 weeks and not showing just yet and my sister in law only showed at 20 weeks she is now 25 weeks along and she has a tiny little bump
If you are not a doctor or midwife there is no way you should be feeling your cervix, you could easily introduce an infection which could be fatal to you and/or your baby. Keep your fingers out and wait until you go into labor.
I don't think that you were pregnant, I think that it's maybe your body just trying to get pregnant. You sound like your cycle is a bit out of wack. OR it could be something called an implantation bleed.
