Belly fat are accumulated in your stomach region due to the high fat in your body. These belly fat are very very dangerous and you will get all kinds of heart related diseases if you don't lose your belly fat.
Eat healthy and exercise of course
Try some exercise, like crunches or sit-ups. Do some core exercise, and maybe a little yoga / pilates and cardio every now and then to spice it up a little.
Eat healthier foods and do some more exercise. Try riding a bike or swimming
any excercise will help you lose the belly fat. drink lots of water too, it will help you drop weight really quickly. just make sure that you stay hydrated. do crunches, pushups, jump rope, ect. i play softball and that's what we do, and it really helps too stay in shape
If your 5'6 and 110 pounds, you are actually considered to be underweight, border line anorexic. My advice to you is to GAIN weight.
Well, I am also twelve years old and i also have belly fat, but you should not really obsess about it (trust me). Just try eating as healthy as you can and prevent being a couch potato. =P Good Luck!
Eat more fruits and vegetables. Exercise regularly too by walking!
A 158.2 pound 15-year-old teenage guy with a medium build can lose enough pounds to take belly fat off his waist by the end of summer by doing a couple different things. In inches? Not sure, I am 13 and I have 3 inches deep belly fat. However it is squashy.
