well i would hope not.
If you are mentally disabled, you need a guardian to look out for you. However, if you signed a contract that was not filled out, you just may be liable for the sale because it will be your word against his that you signed a blank contract. If the sale was less than 3 business days ago, you can still legally cancel the sale.
