That depends on your overall career goals and objectives. You must first acquire a vision; A specific and clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for yourself. It should be based on a passion; A love for what you want to do. Once the vision has been acquired, your path to bring that vision into reality will become clear. If your intent is to become a clinical psychologist, you should inquire about pursuing a doctorate.
