If you can't work it out between you and your husband and you've tried MANY times before (counseling), YES. Don't make the kids suffer through fights and lies - they'll resent you later in life. I was one of those kids, my parents probably should have gotten a divorce a long time ago. They're MUCH happier now divorced, and it makes me happier to see them that way. If you can make it work (which you should try FIRST before going off with another guy) do that. My parents tried for YEARS. What's to say this guy won't leave you, then who do you have? What's to keep this new guy with you seeing as you left your husband and 2 kids for him? I think you'd end up leaving him in the near future anyways....love isn't instantaneous, it has to be built upon many things - not just personality or looks.
Well if you take this to a judge they are going to ask you why you are getting a divorce and you will have to tell them. So I don't think you would be able to get a divorce by saying I don't love him anymore!! So if I were in your situation I would try to work it out with him. I wouldn't give up on this person yet because it sounds to me like you just met another guy and went head over heels for him!!!! But I really have no clue what your going through, so I will leave the decision up to you!! Good luck to you, I wish you the best!!!!
You should notify the new "wife" that your husband is already married. His second marriage is not valid until you and he obtain a divorce.
If your husband is married to two wives, he is guilty of the crime of bigamy. You should tell him to get a divorce from his first wife immediately, otherwise you will have to complain to the police.
No, but you should divorce your husband and then kill her
you should get a divorce.
it depends on the realeationship that u have with ur married husband
an american affair
Get a divorce!
He is not your husband. You can only be married to one person at a time in the United States. It is against the law to knowingly marry while still married to another person. That crime is called bigamy. It is difficult to erroneously "think" you are divorced when you have never received a judgment of divorce or participated in a divorce action. In Nevada a divorced person who applies for a marriage license must attest that the divorce is final, provide the date of the divorce and the location (city and state) where they were divorced. To provide false information is a violation of law. He must have lied on the marriage license application when he "married" you. He should make an appointment with an attorney to determine what he needs to do to rectify the situation. You should accept that he is legally married to his wife until he obtains a valid divorce.
No, it is not alright to call another married man baby. The word 'baby' is a nickname you should reserve for your husband.
Yes. As married they both have equal right to the child. If this will lead to divorce though you should consult your lawyer.
either get over the guy or get divorced with your husband
A new child support arrangement should be made part of the present divorce proceeding. Your legal circumstances have changed. The court should be made aware of any other court actions that have involved you and your husband.
