Ok, If you are thirteen and have forehead wrinkles here is the list of things to do.

1. Research if any other family member had them when they were your age.

2. Don't get down on yourself about it.

3. Try to change your facial expressions to more of a blank looking stare at all times.

4. Drink water instead of soda/pop. You will be surprised how that will help.

5. Use facial lotion with vitamins in them.

6. Use sunblock, and wear bucket hats, and sunglasses.

7. Look into doing Happy face yoga exercises. (Google it)

8. Don't worry. worry cause the forehead lines.

9. Try EFT(emotional freedom technique) self tapping (google it) it works.

10. Eat only foods from the earth. "if man makes it. spit it out" Well, whoever wrote the above list is either playing a joke or severely misinformed. If you are truly concerned, consult with a dermatologist; it may come at a greater monetary cost than a google search, but consider the return. As a physician, I've found that most "natural" cures are simply a waste of money and time. There is sadly a seemingly omnipresent misconception that physicians choose to prescribe a "synthetic" medication for all ailments, which is in some way harmful, or suggest surgical intervention. This is simply not true. For something like forehead wrinkles at this age, the physician will most likely recommmend an effective preventive regimine, such as daily sun protection, rather than the junk you will find via an internet search, as seen above.
