take it to a mechanic and get it repaired.
bad door seals
thermostat gasket probably leaking. replace thermostat and gasket making sure that thermostat housing is flat.
Is it leaking? Is vehicle overheating?
which O ring? there are quite a few in the 98 monte.
I would suspect the manifold itself is leaking around the cooling passages. It will need to be removed and the gasket replaced.
Try a hammer.

This is either the heater core leaking coolant or the air conditioning drain line is plugged. If the water tastes sweet on your tongue or is warm it is from the heater core.
it all depends on where it is leaking from. If its out of th thing that tells u the temp and stuff then i just clued the crack in there shut and it drips now not a leak like befor. the tubes (drain tubes) where not stuck or clogged
Check your hoses from the power steering reservoir for cracks in them and also check the power steering rack on the firewall to see if the rubber seals on the ends of the rack are leaking, maybe the reservoir itself is leaking, have it checked out.
