4 possibilities so far...
1. the new wires are still on incorrectly, check wiring diagram for your particular engine.
2. the timing chain and sprocket/gear has jumped a tooth or just plain worn out and needs replaced.
3. The timing is off, check timing with a timing light after others are remedied.
4. if all the above is correct, possibly a burnt valve or valves?
Double check the firing order, 1, 8, 4, 3, 6, 5, 7, 2
Was it missing and sputtering before you changed them? If no, then you could have got the firing order mixed on the distributor. Maybe if you didn't replace the wires also one became more damaged while removing it. If yes, maybe its your fuel, or injectors, and you need to add a bottle of cleaner to your gas tank.

Check the spark plug wires and the distributor cap.
Most likely bad plugs or firing order isn't right, i would start by checking the order you got the plugs and if that's not it check the plug wires.
Distributes the spark energy from the coil to the spark plugs in the correct firing order.
Plugs, wires, distributor cap, head gasket, burned valve, vacuum leak...
the firing order is cast in to the intake manifold
1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2
Double check the firing order. Two of the plugs wires may have gotten crossed in the process. The firing order is clockwise, 1, 8, 4, 3, 6, 5, 7, 2.
I own an 1996 V6 GX Toyota Camry I have recently changed the spark plugs but I think I have got the spark plug leads in the wrong order on the distributor cap. Starting at 1200 and going clockwise, can anyone tell me the correct firing order? Thank you
Your question makes no sense. If you are wanting to know the firing order then you have to list the make, model, engine size of the vehicle.
