Gmail has it's own address as Gmaildotcom. It cannot be changed to any other address. It changes when one logs into his/her account.

Contact Microsoft with your account details, all the information you used when setting the account up. Tell them it has been hacked, and do it as soon as possible.

As found in their Terms: Accounts can be deactivated by using the Contact form and submitting the account name, email address used to register the account, and the current password for the account. It is recommended that prior to requesting deactivation that the password be changed into something simple and impersonal. I think they are making it where people can cancel their own accounts, though.
