Have you changed the fuel filter? Something is restricting the fuel flow. The most likely culprit would be a clogged filter. Change it, and tap the old filter against a clean hard surface to see what comes out of the in-flow side. Fuel tanks accumulate more contamination than most people think. Since the fuel pump on these vehicles is before the filter (and also in the fuel tank), all the trash that goes into the fuel line first goes through the pump, shortening its life. You also may want to consider dropping the fuel tank to see how much trash is in it. It might need to be cleaned out.
