The Mazda (M5OD-R1) 5 speed manual transmission is what you have. Used in all Rangers with all engines that year. This is a top shift fully synchronized transmission. This has a light duty aluminum case and has a rectangular shape casting ribs with a large top cover. The R-2 is known for leaking oil from a rubber plug in the top cover. You should replace the rubber plug with a steel Dorman cup plug PN# 555-108 or Dana PN#219-3052. You will need 3 plugs. These trannies often melt down due to the oil loss caused by these plugs. Many owners have went with synthetic transmission fluid hoping to extend the life of the transmission. Synthetic fluid handles high temperatures and pressures better then conventional fluids. I am 99% sure your transmission uses ATF fluid. Check with your local Ford dealer or look in your owner's manual to be 100% sure. The hydraulic clutch, slave cylinder/throwout bearing is another item you should pay close attention to. After time, the slave cylinder fails to release the clutch completely. If you are having trouble shifting into 1st and reverse while stationary or if your truck creeps forward with the clutch pedal depressed the slave cylinder/throwout bearing is probably at fault. Unfortunately there is no easy fix here as the transmission must be removed to replace the combination slave cylinder and throwout bearing.
Yes it will
Possibly low fuel pressure
The thermostat is located on the drivers' side of the engine, behind the distributor. It is between the two heads.
I have a1993 Mazda 626 v6 crank wont start and no sparks
If it is a truck, Then yes it does.
Unless you are skilled in working with engines, I would advise you to bring it to a mechanic. If you are, get either a Hayes or Toyota manuel and go step by step to taking apart your engine. The knock sensor is in the exact middle of the engine.
Two
The ESC module is in the distributor
What it sounds like to me would be a rear main seal. Oil might be leaking into the transmission bell housing and when the car is reversed the momentum is dumping what the bell housing caught.
Generally, the 42RE, 46RE, 47RE (or RH versions), or the three-speeds
You need a user manual to open a jammed adhtray in a 1993 cadillac deville.
The 1993 has an extra coolant temp sensor on the rear of the head.
