it is very possible that the small puddle is caused by antifreeze that didn't make it into the hole, if it is not from that is wouldn't worry. the cooling system doesn't have to be 100% clean and %100 leak free. if there is always puddle, even when you don't fill it the problem is probably a small leak where a hose meets the radiator/water pump/engine block. i would not worry at all, i would consider it safe to drive. just make sure to check your coolant level from time to time. again, things like this are normal especaialy on older cars.
Much lower or else there would be little point in using as antifreeze
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing

Yes that was an ad campaign.
Roses have little spikey bits on them but they are not known as threat they are not dangerous but if you a pushed into allot of them it might hurt a little.
=To properly flush the antifreeze on a 2002 Yukon you will need a antifreeze vacume system you will need to start the car and have it running turn on all the heating modules to high and have the car reved at about 1.5 r.p.m, or a little higher to activate the vaccume this will start sucking the old antifreeze out. When the radiator is empty{you will know when it is empty because there will be no more antifreeze coming out}you can then fill it up with half and half antifreeze[half water half antifreeze].=
It certainly can be.

The bleeding part of the first answer is a little confusing...How the bleeding is done?
I washed the item twice with regular laundry soap and added a little dawn...This did the trick for me. Make sure you don't wash the item that has the antifreeze with other clothes.
They float at different densities. If the density of the water/antifreeze mix is too weak, the number of balls floating will indicate that, if the mix is correct, they'll indicate that.
