You have a Chrysler cirrus lx 95 the fans doesnt start you changed the relays the temperature sensor you also checked the fuse and its good you don't know what else can you do?

The fans don't run all the time, it only goes on when the engine determines it is necessary. Thus, you could have replaced all of the above, but unless the engine is hot enough to need it, the fan won't run.
