Your next step is to talk to a surgeon because you need to have your thyroid removed. This will mean you will have thyroid hormone replacement for the rest of your life ( taken in a pill form daily-this is very safe and effective). After surgery then you need to speak with your doctor about any further treatment and this will be based on the analysis of the thyroid after surgical removal.
