No supplement pouder will help, no shake mix, non of that crap. The only thing that really works fast is EXERCISE. Im a healthy all american boy and I wanted to bulk just a bit and I achevied my goal because I worked very hard for two weeks. Running is a great way to loose extra fat all around the body. Swimming is also a vantastic way. Dont starve yourself the only things that get thinner are your organs. To loose a hundred pounds probably 2 months with hard work EVERY DAY. A man ate mcdonald everyday for one year and LOST wieght becausd he exercised to loosd calories and extra fat instantly. You hsve to be willing to work hard. So please dont starve yourself. One vital food I reccomend is eggs. I eat three a day for my inter state Baseball and it helps with energy, muscle mass, and loosing weight. Try.
