Sounds like it could be a bad instrument cluster. I've had the fuel gauge bounce up and down and the speedo stop working. Might cause the other lights to come on too. If the car is still running. You might want to take the cluster out and put it back in and see if that corrects the problem. If not see the other question in here regarding how to remove the cluster.
