You can get the radio codes online - but you have to pay for it. You will need the radio serial number - the instructions are on the site.
I got mine from instant radio codes (Google it) for £15 and it worked fine.

It is a combined fuse number F6 that also does the stereo. You will find it in the glovebox fuse panel on the MK2 or on the MK1 it is below to the right on the drivers side.
Regarding Renault scenic 2004 - 2008 models there is a src button on stereo player which you have to hold it for about 10 seconds. When the time start blinking then use volume buttons to set the time. 2003 and older there is button under the time on dash board use them by holding to set the time. 2003 new shape like 2004 should follow the first method mentioned above. You can use a very small screwdriver to remove the stereo and replace it with the new one, or you can purchase special removal tools.
You may have to disconnect and recharge your car battery for your car stereo to work again.
