You have lost the key for your Kia sportage how do you start the car or get another keywill it need reprogramming please help?

Ok guess what: Here in primitive South Africa, I managed to get the following done on my sportage 2001: take out the drivers side lock (remove door panel, lock just slides out with spring loaded clip. I loosened the 2 bolts and removed the whole door handle and then dissasembled the lock.
Order a blank immobilizer key from local dealer with your VIN number. Take the 2 keys (spare one too :) ) to a locksmith. They manage to cut a key from the lock!
Tow your Kia to a dealer with the key unlocking the steering lock :). They need to program that little green key to your sportage but entering a code received from head office or something. (this is were I am stuck, the code they received from HO doesn't work!!)

Does anyone know what type of transmission fluid a 1997 Automatic 4 wheel drive Kia Sportage uses PLEASE HELP?
According to the service manual that is downloadable and printable from, http://www.kiatechinfo.com/index.asp ...the first generation Sportage transmission takes Dexron II E or MIII transmission fluid. This is true for the automatic transmission only. It holds 7 quarts when bone dry. I've also read that Dextron III is acceptable. Please double check the link for your specific application.
